RETURN POLICY — RAWSTAR LTD

At RAWSTAR LTD, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. However, we understand that you may need to make a return. That’s why we’ve established a clear and transparent return policy.

Refunds will only be issued after a strict Quality Control inspection of the returned item. This includes verification that the item is unworn, undamaged, clean, free of odors, with all original tags and the RAWSTAR security seal intact.

Every returned item is photographed and documented upon receipt. If the item fails any of the required return conditions, it will be shipped back to the sender at their expense, and no refund will be issued.

Each returned item received by RAWSTAR LTD is subject to a rigorous internal quality control process, carried out by our trained inspection team. This process includes:

  • A visual check of fabric integrity (no signs of wear, tears, stains, or loose threads)
  • A smell test to detect any perfumes, deodorants, smoke, or other external odors
  • Verification of the original RAWSTAR packaging, dust bag, tags, and accessories
  • Confirmation that the security seal and labels are intact and untampered
  • High-resolution photographic documentation of the item’s condition upon receipt

These measures are essential to ensure that the product has not been used beyond a normal fitting and maintains its authenticity and resale value.

If the item fails any part of this inspection, the return will be rejected, and the item will be returned to the sender at their expense. No refund will be processed in such cases.


RETURN RIGHT (14 DAYS)

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or store credit.
Any request submitted beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

Refunds will only be issued after a quality inspection of the returned item, which must meet all the conditions outlined below.


RETURN CONDITIONS

To preserve the authenticity and value of our garments, we only accept returns if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in perfect condition

  • All original tags and security seals are still attached to the product

  • The original RAWSTAR packaging is included, complete with dust bag, tags, and any received accessories

  • The item is returned within 14 days and using a trackable shipping method

Items returned in unacceptable condition — including signs of wear, odors, or damage  will not be refunded and will be sent back to the sender at their expense.

Sale or customized items are not eligible for return.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the final refund amount:

  • Germany: €15.00

  • Europe & United Kingdom: €20.00

  • Rest of the world: €35.00

Custom duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility. In case of non-payment, these charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

Once the returned item has been received and approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Alternatively, you may choose a RAWSTAR Store Credit with no expiration, valid for future purchases

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change size or model, please place a new order using your store credit.


IMPORTANT NOTES

We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns. The customer is fully responsible for return shipping, including the risk of loss or damage during transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed using your original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
