Our goal is to offer the best shipping services, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to dozens of customers across Italy, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness at all times.


Delivery Timeframes

Order Delivery Period is divided into two stages:

  1. Processing Time

    • Order verification, tailoring, quality checks, and packaging.
    • All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 6 hours of being placed.
    • The manufacturer processes the orders, which requires an additional 1–2 business days.
  2. Shipping Time

    • Refers to the time it takes for items to ship from our warehouse to the destination.
    • International delivery typically takes 4–8 business days.

Note: Due to high demand, stock shortages may occasionally occur. In such cases, it may take approximately 20 days to prepare your products.


Tracking and Notifications

  • You will receive email notifications with updates on the estimated delivery of your order.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, a final email will include your tracking information.
  • You can also check your delivery status via our Order Tracking Page.

Additional Information

  • Address Changes:
    If an address modification is made directly with your local post office, Rawstar will not be responsible for any loss or misdelivery.

    • Address change requests must be made directly with Rawstar through our Customer Service team before your order is shipped.
